"LDheatmap" provided a picture visualized as a linkage disequilibrium heatmap to help users better understand the relationship between SNPs. In addition, the physical position or genetic map distance of each SNP is included in the plot.

1. Choose the Genomic; 2. Enter the Region; 3. Show a file (.csv) and a picture to you.
